Lachlan Hanly
National Practice Director, CRM
Lachlan Hanly is the National Practice Director, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for SMS. He is responsible for the delivery of customer centric solutions to SMS’s clients and for growing the CRM practice nationally.
Lachlan has over eleven years experience in CRM consulting both in Australia and across Europe delivering highly successful solutions into Consumer Goods, Public Sector, Financial Services and Telecommunication companies. Some of the more recent successes include a world class Trade Promotion Management solution, a complex Order and Pricing Management system and a centralised Contract Management system.
Prior to joining SMS, Lachlan was the Managing Director of Bright Blue Solutions (BBS) which was Australia’s leading specialist CRM consultancy. Bright Blue was acquired by SMS in March 2010.
Lachlan has a Bachelor of Engineering from the University of Queensland.
