Nick joined SMS Management & Technology (SMS) in February 2011 to establish the Infrastructure Consulting and Managed Services (ICMS) practice. In March 2012, Nick was appointed to the newly established Chief Information Officer role. In the CIO role, Nick is responsible for the successful development and implementation of the IT Strategy & Roadmap, whilst delivering a best in practice ICT service offering.
With over 15 years’ experience in Managed Services, primarily in Program Management, Service Management and General Management roles; Nick has a proven track record of managing clients throughout the Managed Services lifecycle. He has significant experience in business development, transition management, service delivery and transformation management.
Prior to joining SMS, Nick had worked in a variety of roles including General Manager Client Delivery Services for KAZ Group, Service Director and General Manager Sales & Service Delivery for Fujitsu, responsible for strategic management and technology management domains. Nick has experience in the Resource, Banking and Finance, ICT, Transport and State and Federal Government industries.
