We now seek a Practice Manager, for our Sydney office. As the SMS Practice Manager for Application Development, NSW you will drive the Practice to achieve the goals and ensure success.
Key Competencies:
- You are passionate about technology and have a solid background in .Net and/or Java as a Solution Architect
- Your experience to date means you are able to contribute and successfully Execute on the strategy of a consulting technology division
- You understand that in order to be successful as a consulting team, the importance of engagement with stakeholder at all levels is paramount
- You seek the opportunity to grow a collegiate team in order to deliver solutions, from concept to delivery and ongoing support
- Your previous consulting experience, managing technology teams means you have a firm understanding of the bid life cycle through to delivery at the client engagement
- Managing the Professional Development and day to day details of your team is second nature to you – you understand that this is key for a team to continually deliver excellence

With strong commercial experience delivering complex web applications, recent or current hands on experience, an ability to engage with the market to drive business and a proven track record in quality delivery you will be our evangelist in Sydney.
